Utilizing ternary semiconductor technology, Ternell has developed a unique structure for memory called the TritCell^TM, Based on this, on-chip memory, which is essential in AI semiconductors, has been designed to be much smaller than which is essential for AI semiconductors, and designed it to be much smaller than before so that it can operate with less power consumption.

Ultimately, we want to deploy the UniBrain^TM IP Platform to enable anyone who wants to design AI-powered SoC semiconductors to easily design semiconductors with superior power, performance, and area (PPA) performance.
